With years of experience in award-winning restaurants across Greece — including the prestigious Four Seasons Astir Palace — Alexandros leads the kitchen with creativity, discipline, and heart. His philosophy is rooted in honest, ingredient-driven cuisine, where tradition meets modern technique. Rizes is his first personal venture, a dream born from the desire to showcase the depth of Greek gastronomy in a contemporary, welcoming space.
