We work closely with local producers from Santorini, the Cyclades and across Greece, sourcing seasonal ingredients that carry the stories of their origin. Our space was designed by the multi-awarded interior architect Dimitrios Oikonomou, who created a seamless blend of traditional Cycladic elements with modern lines.

The result is a warm, elegant environment that invites guests to feel both grounded and inspired — from the stone-paved terraces to the handpicked interior textures and lighting.

At the heart of the experience is our traditional wine cellar, housing a rich and curated selection of labels from both Greek and international vineyards.

The wine list reflects our commitment to quality and variety — a perfect pairing for our cuisine and a celebration of the oenological wealth of Greece and beyond.
